The wine: Bone dry with tropical flavors of passion fruit and guava around a citrus backbone of lemon, lime and grapefruit pith. Awards for previous vintages.
The vineyard: The grapes are sourced from the Waters and Banks Vineyard, which is perched on the bench above Giant Head Estate Winery.
The winemaking: Whole cluster press, stainless steel fermented, no malo, no oak, heat & cold stabilized, cold sterile filtered.
